1. General Disclaimer

While Breezy Home Cleaning LLC strives to deliver exceptional service, there are limitations and conditions that may affect the outcome of your cleaning.


2. Pre-existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage or wear that existed prior to our service, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches on surfaces

  • Stains that cannot be removed with standard cleaning products

  • Broken or unstable fixtures or furniture


3. Fragile and Valuable Items

Clients are responsible for securing fragile, sentimental, or high-value items before service. We are not liable for:

  • Items not disclosed as delicate

  • Jewelry, cash, electronics, or personal belongings left unsecured


4. Pet Policy

While we love pets, we are not responsible for:

  • Pets escaping due to open doors

  • Reactions pets may have to cleaning products

  • Pet messes not disclosed prior to service

Please secure your pets or notify us of any special needs before the appointment.


5. Unsafe Conditions

Our team reserves the right to refuse service in homes with unsafe or unsanitary conditions, including:

  • Biohazards

  • Mold

  • Pest infestations

  • Aggressive animals
    In these cases, the full service fee may still be charged if access was not possible.


6. Use of Products

We use professional-grade cleaning products that are effective and safe. If you prefer us to use your own products, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for damage caused by products provided by the client.


7. Access Issues and Missed Appointments

If our team is unable to enter the property at the scheduled time due to client error (locked doors, no one home, etc.), this is considered a missed appointment, and the full fee may apply.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breezy Home Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our service.
