Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures and expectations for clients who need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for services booked with Breezy Home Cleaning LLC.


2. Cancellations by Client

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.

  • No-shows or lock-outs (when the cleaner cannot access the home): The full service fee will be charged.


3. Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed. All reschedule requests should be made as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees.


4. Cancellations by Breezy Home Cleaning LLC

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a service due to emergencies, staff availability, or weather conditions. In such cases:

  • We will contact you as soon as possible.

  • You will not be charged any fees.

  • We will offer the next available appointment slot.


5. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds once a service has been rendered. However, our Satisfaction Guarantee means we will return to re-clean any areas that did not meet your expectations, at no extra charge, if reported within 24 hours of the service.


6. Subscription or Recurring Services

Recurring clients who skip multiple services may be moved to an on-call or one-time client status. Additional charges may apply for skipped maintenance visits.
